Therapy for Professional Women

About you

Life looks like it’s going well on the outside, but it feels heavier and harder to carry than you show.

You are juggling work, relationships, family, and a constant stream of thoughts, often replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, and feeling guilty for needing as much as you do.

You want clearer boundaries, a kinder inner voice, and to stop repeating patterns in work and relationships that leave you anxious, resentful, or drained.

Therapy offers a steady place to talk openly without worrying you are burdening anyone, understand how your past is shaping the present, and shape a way of living that feels more sustainable and more like your own.

About me

I’m Marianthi Kolovopoulos, a Counselling Psychologist in Doctoral Training.

My clinical experience spans more that ten years in NHS services, private practice, and community organisations.

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity and self-esteem issues, body image concerns and major life transitions.

My approach is existential-phenomenological and integrative which in plain English means I take time to truly understand who you are and how you experience the world.

I also hold a first class Masters in Experimental Psychology and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

About Us

Therapy is a deeply personal process, and finding the right fit matters.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels right for you.

Our sessions are collaborative and reflective, a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to explore your experiences at your own pace.

My aim is to create a safe, grounded environment where insight and change can unfold naturally.
